The monthly capability of tin plated wire is 0.05mm--300tons,0.06mm--40 tons, 0.08mm up to 25 tons, 0.12 mm up to 30 tons. The production line of 0.03mm is expected to establish in Y2000.

COPPER STANDED WIRE

The wire is mainly made of the ultra fine material

auxiliary with fine and thick material. The quantity of wire rod is offered upon diameter. The 0.08mm wire diameter cna have up to 399 wire rod after many times of winding, 0.45mm up to 65 wire rod, 0.7mm mostly 7 wire rod. The diameter of individal wire rod is at option . Tolerance, limitation, drawing rate, conduction rate, summation outside diameter and other such specifications can be customized upon demand.
